Togat Nusa Retreat Pricing

Prices do not include the new Mentawai surfing tax which is 2,000,000 Rupiah per guest approx $150 USD, and due in cash upon arrival in Tuapejat.

Transport is included from Tuapejat to our Island.

Transportation packages are available for Airport to hotel, hotel to ferry, ferry to Tuapejat, and back. $250 USD per person. OR We can provide you with the contact info for a reliable ground support team in Padang to book your way to Tuapejat on your own, you decide!!

How to Book

If you are interested in booking your next vacation at Togat Nusa Retreat all you need to do is follow the instructions below.

01. Make Contact

The first thing you need to do is contact us with your requested dates using the contact information found on this website

02. Confirm Dates and Make Deposit

Once we have confirmed your dates and we require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. You can pay by cash or bank transfer (please e-mail for bank information)

03. Book Airline Tickets and Ground/Water Transportation

We do not help with airline tickets.

If you have opted for the transportation package, we have got you organised. If not, make sure you get contact info from us for reliable ground support team in Padang to help you get that organised and booked from the Airport to Tuapejat.

04. Make Final Payment

Your final payment is due two months prior to your trip’s departure.

05. Show Up

Rule #1 is to not miss your flight… believe us, it can happen to anyone. Once you’ve made it on the right flight and landed in Padang you will be met by a Togat Nusa Retreat employee, if you’ve booked a transportation package. If not, you will be included in a WhatsApp group chat with the rest of the guests on the same trip and our host – we will be there to guide you through your last leg from Padang to Tuapejat in the Mentawai Islands, and then onto Togat Nusa Retreat.

Spending a night on arrival in Padang is mandatory, Guest must arrive in Padang the day before their trip dates.
Transport upon your arrival in Padang if you’ve chosen a transportation package: you will be met at the airport by a Togat Nusa Retreat representative, who will escort you to your hotel, and arrange for a car to pick you up and get you to the ferry terminal, as well have your ferry ticket reserved and paid for. If you are arranging your own ground transportation, you will need to make sure you’re lined up with the rest of the group to be arriving in Tuapejat on the starting day of your trip, to meet our boat that brings you to the island.
You will also need to spend a night in Padang after the trip, as the ferry arrives late and you’ll be flying out the next day at the earliest.
Pick up time for departure on the Ferry is most often 6:30 AM, make sure you’ve had breakfast at your hotel.

CASH IS KING in Indonesia, but especially out in the Mentawai Islands, be sure to have Rupiah on hand. Our host or your driver can take you to an ATM if needed before you leave Padang.

Sibex, our aluminum 9 meter speedboat with a cabin, has 2 x 200 hp Suzuki engines, is available for day trips up to Playgrounds or down to HT’s . Which is an extra $400 USD a day to charter the boat for up to 8 guests
For nearby surf adventures in Sibex, that are included in the package, these trips are for surfers only, unless there are extra seats because some surfers are opting to surf out front that day. Max capacity is 8 guests, as there are 4 spots taken by crew and support staff, priority going to surfers.
When Planning your flights, remember guests will need to arrive in Padang the day before your trip and best to spend a night on return to Padang.

Terms and Conditions

Booking & Payment

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 60 days (2 months) prior to arrival.

Payments are accepted by bank transfer only. Bank details will be provided upon booking confirmation.

Reservations are considered confirmed only once the deposit has been received.

Cancellation Policy

The deposit is non-refundable, except in the event that the resort must cancel the booking due to unforeseen circumstances on our side.

If the resort cancels, guests will be offered alternative dates or a full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival:

No financial refund will be issued.

Guests may rebook their stay for alternative dates (subject to availability and within 12 months of the original booking).

In the case of a no-show or last-minute cancellation (within 14 days of arrival), the booking is forfeited in full and cannot be rescheduled.

Early Departure

Once guests have arrived on the island, if they choose to leave earlier than planned, any unused nights are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Weather Conditions

Surf conditions, ocean conditions, and general weather are beyond the resort’s control.

No refunds or date changes will be offered due to unfavorable weather.

Travel Responsibility

Guests are responsible for their own travel arrangements, flights, visas, and insurance.

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical emergencies, accidents, and travel interruptions.

Force Majeure

In the event of unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events), the resort reserves the right to amend, reschedule, or cancel bookings. In such cases, alternative dates will be offered, but no financial refunds will be issued (unless cancellation is from our side as above).
